Belarus

Received this first postcard officially, and the sender certainly hit the nail on the head with this one and to make it even better, it was posted with a 2000 Europa stamp.  I don't collect Europa stamp particularly, but I know several people who do.  :)

I've received this before, still looks just as nice.
